Stratford Ladies Open Championship Final Hunters' Chase

Useful chaser who shaped vastly better than the bare result when seventh in Champion Hunters Chase at Punchestown 4 weeks ago, receiving an overly-positive ride that saw him endure an extremely hard race. Sets a clear standard but chance he finds this coming soon enough.

Admirable veteran who won this last year and far from disgraced when sixth in the Festival Challenge Cup Hunters' Chase at the Cheltenham Festival. Prolific point winner, including last 2 starts (latest May 15), and could be worth chancing.

Won a novice hunter over C&D last summer and shaped much better than being pulled up suggests on return to Rules at Haydock in February, briefly looking like he was going to play a hand in the finish before floundering returned to very testing conditions. Multiple point winner, runner-up last time.

Successful on first of 2 starts in handicap chases for Harry Fry in 2021/22 and creditable fourth in hunter at Kempton on belated return to Rules last month. Has it all to do on these terms, however.

Fairly useful chaser who produced his best effort since joining this yard when second in a 5-runner affair at Ludlow (23.8f, soft) in February. Disappointed next 2 starts, however, and unplaced in a point last time.
