Won twice over hurdles last spring. Struggled over fences in more recent times and returned to smaller obstacles with a tame effort at Kempton 24 days ago.
Much improved when racking up a hat-trick in April/May 2022 but back from a long absence with a couple of tame displays last season. Has had another 5 months off and it's hard to know how much ability he retains.
Fair hurdler who produced a solid showing at Huntingdon in April but failed to back it up at Perth last time. Not one to completely write off.
Third in an Irish point before shaping well when second in a Worcester bumper (heavy) in October 2021. Seen only twice over hurdles since but latest effort was respectable and he could do better now handicapping up in trip.
Has looked a different proposition since running in handicaps, opening his account over C&D before following up readily at Uttoxeter 12 days ago. Firmly on the up and should take all the beating in hat-trick bid.
Landed a hat-trick around this time last year, the second two wins coming at this track. Generally held form in the winter and is one to be interested in if the market speaks in his favour after 6 months off.
Much improved since sent handicapping and had race in the bag when unseating rider late at Chepstow (19.4f, heavy) in January. Back to form when second to Jasmin de Grugy over C&D last time but might find it tough to turn the tables.
Snapped losing run at Sedgefield (16.8f) in January and held form since, in the process of producing a creditable stable debut (had left David Thompson) when falling in a handicap here last time. Not dismissed.
Far more miss than hit and looks set for another struggle from out of the weights.

Forecasts
Jasmin De Grugy (5/4), Crossbeau (9/2), Rascal (15/2), Chancycourt (15/2), Gavin (9/1), Kepagge (12/1), Coup De Gold (16/1), Mourzouk (28/1), Prince Rhinegold (50/1)
JASMIN DE GRUGY arrives on an upward curve and has already tasted success here, so he seems an obvious choice as he bids for a quick hat-trick. Gavin is of interest returning to a track where he boasts a good record and Crossbeau deserves respect for all that he was firmly put in his place by the selection last time.
