Scored 4 times around 2½m in 2022. Back to form from reduced mark when second of 7 at Bangor last September but disappointing in only 2 runs since. Others are more obvious.

Useful winning handicap hurdler/chaser in Ireland for Gavin Cromwell. Has struggled for form over hurdles since coming to Britain but the headgear he often wore for his previous yard is back on for the first time since joining this stable. Market support would look significant.
Fair maiden on Flat but struck at first time of asking over hurdles in maiden at Sedgefield in October 2022. Also second in a 17f handicap hurdle here a year ago but he ran poorly at Catterick when last seen in December. Yard's good record in this race provides some hope.
Didn't appear to enjoy himself back chasing at Hexham this month but reached the frame in a couple of handicap hurdles at the end of 2023 and feasibly treated if a return to hurdles sparks a revival.
Fair hurdler who made a good return from a break when second of 6 over 23f at Hexham 18 days ago. Should be competitive back in handicap company.
Gambled on from a reduced mark following a breathing operation and duly returned to form with his third near-miss over C&D in the space of a year on Monday (clear of Sean Og in third).

Forecasts
City Derby (8/15), Boomslang (9/2), Ilikedwayurthinkin (11/2), Sean Og (13/2), Alqamar (14/1), Finisk River (18/1), Court Dreaming (22/1), Yukon (22/1), Accidental Rebel (25/1)
A chance is taken on the return of headgear sparking ILIKEDWAYURTHINKIN back to life, with confidence in his chance increased should the betting vibes be strong. Boomslang is respected on the back of his second in a maiden at Hexham earlier this month, while Court Dreaming is still capable off this sort of mark if on a going day.
