Held in strong handicaps around the turn of the year but in process of running well when unseating at Plumpton in February and only edged out late on in refitted cheekpieces at Southwell (20.4f) last month. Fancied to be thereabouts again nudged up 2 lb.
Reached a fairly useful level over hurdles in Ireland (best effort at 19f) and not disgraced over fences/on Flat on final 2 starts for Andrew McNamara and betting may prove a useful guide on back of 8 months off/back over timber.
Produced a career-best effort when doubling his chase tally at Musselburgh in November and lines up here on the back of an eye-catching fourth in that sphere at Ayr (20.5f) 5 weeks ago. Of interest operating from his lower hurdles mark.
Fair maiden in bumpers and reached a similar level over hurdles for Amy Murphy during 20219/season. However, been absent over 4 years ahead of this yard debut (also had a wind op) and he's probably best watched.
Fairly useful handicapper on Flat who landed a juvenile hurdle here (16.5f) early last year. Mixed bag thereafter in handicaps and better for a recent spin on the Flat when fifth of 9 in handicap at Chepstow 92m) 4 weeks ago. Steps back up in trip now.
Matched pick of her chase form returned to hurdles when successful at Hereford (2m) in March and remained in form since, posting best effort yet when runner-up back at that venue (19.7f) earlier this month. Should make her presence felt again.
Placed in an Irish point/both starts in bumpers and perfect start over hurdles, winning back-to-back novice contests at Huntingdon/Kelso in recent months. Looks an uncomplicated sort and of interest with prospect of more to come now handicapping.
Runner-up sole start in Irish points and off the mark at the third attempt under Rules in a Musselburgh maiden in December. Hasn't scaled same heights either start in novice company since though, and he needs to get back on track now switched to handicaps/following wind surgery.
Has often gone well here and bagged a second course success when just clinging on in a C&D handicap in February. Not in same form at Cheltenham (20.2f) 5 weeks ago but return to this venue can likely see her in a better light.

Forecasts
Notnowlinda (5/2), Magical Hill (7/2), Kaleb (4/1), Chaos Control (15/2), Got Your Back (8/1), Gilbertina (8/1), Half Shot (14/1), Logan Rocks (66/1), Weddell Sea (80/1)
MAGICAL HILL cemented the positive start made over hurdles when making it 2-2 in straightforward fashion at Kelso 2 weeks ago and he looks the type to make an immediate impact in handicaps on that evidence. Fellow in-form pair Notnowlinda and Kaleb are others to consider, whilst Half Shot is another to bear in mind operating from his lower hurdles mark.
