Resumed winning ways at Goodwood (6f, good to soft) in September and again ran well back up in grade when third over the same C&D next time. 7f on heavy ground amounted to too much of a test here on his final start of 2023 but neither the trip nor conditions will be an issue this time.
Bagged pair of 7f Chelmsford handicaps in December and went in again in change of headgear over 7f here last May. However, barely beat a rival home in 3 subsequent starts and probably best watched following a 9-month absence. Yard also represented by Rebel Path and Kracking.
Front-runner who has won 3 of his 7 starts since joining this yard last summer, the latest a 6f Wolverhampton handicap in October. Yet to strike on turf but went close at Newbury in 2023 and entitled to come on for his reappearance spin at Ascot where he was having his first run at 5f.
Made a winning start for this yard off a 2 lb higher mark on the July course here last August. However, not in the same form since and he's likely to find a few too good.
Successful for Andre Fabre in France in 2023 and posted just about his best effort for this yard on the back of a wind op when fifth in a 10-runner Yarmouth handicap (5.2f, good to firm) last month. Down another 1 lb and he's not without each-way hope.
Hit the target over this C&D last spring and more good efforts than bad ones since, back on the scoresheet at Lingfield (6f, AW) in March. Below par last time but he's the type to bounce back quickly and a bold show could be on the way.
Plenty of promise both starts at 2 yrs for Andrew Fabre in France and returned from a 29-month absence with an encouraging effort in a 5f Wolverhampton novice in January. Little impact in handicaps since, though, and now finds himself with a fair bit to prove.
Off the mark on handicap debut at Leicester last June and made the frame on each of his 3 subsequent starts, albeit without really progressing. Opposable starting out for new yard here following an 8-month break. Tongue strap applied.
Back on track when 2¼ lengths second of 12 to Ecclesiastical in 6f Wolverhampton handicap in November. However, failed to fire over the same C&D later that month and absent since.
Has returned to form the last twice, hitting the crossbar in 6f handicaps at Wolverhampton and Yarmouth (good to soft). Unexposed on turf and remains on a workable mark, so he's worthy of consideration.

Tiriac (5/2), Change Sings (10/3), Hierarchy (9/2), Tremblant (9/2), Above (5/1), Epic Express (7/1), Em Jay Kay (10/1), Kracking (16/1), Lord Rapscallion (22/1), Cooperation (25/1), Rebel Path (28/1)
The vote goes to CHANGE SINGS, who was too keen on his recent reappearance at Ascot but it's likely that he'll be more relaxed with that run under his belt. Tiriac is bound to be popular on the back of his clear-cut Windsor success and he is a much-respected main danger, for all that it will probably count against him if the ground continues to dry out. Epic Express, Hierarchy and Em Jay Kay (in order of preference) are others to consider.
