Kept good company in bumpers and made a successful debut over hurdles at Taunton (16.5f) in November 2022. More miss than hit since, however, pulling up last 2 starts in 2023. Is in the right hands to bounce back and mark is potentially attractive.
Lightly-raced sort who was much improved when getting off the mark in 10-runner handicap hurdle at Plumpton (20.5f, good) in April and he defied a penalty without too much fuss at Wincanton a week later. Up just 2 lb so the hat-trick is on the cards.
Fairly useful winner over hurdles who, in first-time cheekpieces, returned to form over fences when runner-up at Uttoxeter (20f) in September. Unable to continue the good work over the larger obstacles to end 2023.
Bumper winner who improved on his first 2 efforts over hurdles when third of 13 in am 2m novice at Doncaster in January. Upped in trip and may have more to offer in handicaps.
Impressive winner of a novice at Warwick a couple of years ago but below form next time and not seen since (has left Dan Skelton). Hard to know how much ability he retains (tongue tie on) but the assessor has cut him some slack.
Had wind op and hood on for first time in this code when landing 2m handicap hurdle at Huntingdon in October. Failed badly to back that up twice since kept to that trip. Tongue strap now on.
Fair hurdler who showed that he retains ability when fifth at Wincanton three weeks ago. Task is to now build on that, which isn't certain given overall profile.
Unplaced in sole point but displayed some ability in 2 bumpers for Tom Weston before Christmas and likewise when reaching the frame in a pair of 2m novice hurdles for Rosemary Gasson. Disappointing handicap debut at Ludlow since, though.

Forecasts
Paddy De Pole (11/8), Mamoon Star (5/1), Lightfoot Lady (11/2), Beholden (6/1), Inishbiggle (8/1), Jack The Savage (17/2), Illico De Montave (25/1), Leylak (40/1)
PADDY DE POLE is improving nicely for his leading yard and, up just 2 lb for Wincanton, the hat-trick beckons. Lightfoot Lady also upped her game last time and this mark ought to be within range given she won a bumper, with Mamoon Star another to consider back from a break.
