My Friend Sean^t⁴³

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: Stan Sheppard| T: T Lacey| OR: 81| BF

12/1

Poor form over hurdles, including in handicaps and is up against it on these terms.

Form: 600037-

Pub Crawl⁹²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: Jack Tudor| T: D Pipe

50/1

Fair maiden handicapper on Flat (stays 1¾m) but was tailed off on most recent outing and possibly best watched on hurdle debut.

Form:

Stay If U Want To^h⁴¹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: Jonjo O'Neill Jr.| T: J & A O'Neill| OR: 104

11/10

Fairly useful bumper winner and promise when runner-up both starts in maiden hurdles at up to 19.7f. Big player back down in trip.

Form: 4/8122-

Dirty Den^h²⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: S Hosie

3/1

Fair bumper winner who was well beaten in the face of a very stiff task at Aintree on hurdles debut last month. Should make more of an impact at this level.

Form: 122905-

Double Dragon⁴⁵

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: Ben Godfrey| T: A J Honeyball

25/1

Shaped with promise when fourth in a C&D bumper on debut but went backwards at Newbury next time. Makes hurdle bow.

Form: 40-

Ikigai Star³⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: Lily Pinchin| T: C E Longsdon

8/1

Fairly useful maiden on Flat, stays 1½m. Sold from Joseph Patrick O'Brien 25,000 gns and showed plenty of aptitude for hurdling when fourth of 8 in a juvenile at Fakenham (2m) 36 days ago, ridden too aggressively. Likely to improve.

Form: 4-

Lunanera^t¹⁴

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: B S Hughes| T: A Watson| BF

33/1

Fair handicapper on Flat, stays 1¼m, respectable effort last time. Could have a say if taking to this new discipline.

Form:

Auntie Maggie⁶⁵

22/1

€5,500 3-y-o, Pour Moi mare. Dam unraced. Third sole start in Irish points (Mar 3).

Forecasts

Stay If U Want To (11/10), Dirty Den (3/1), Home And Dry (7/1), Ikigai Star (8/1), My Friend Sean (12/1), Timeforarum (16/1), Auntie Maggie (22/1), Double Dragon (25/1), Lunanera (33/1), Pub Crawl (50/1), Miss Arvico (300/1)

IKIGAI STAR shaped second best on his Fakenham hurdling debut last month and, with improvement on the cards, is selected to open his account at the second attempt in this sphere. Stay If U Want To has found only one too good on both his starts over hurdles and is an obvious threat back down in trip, while Dirty Den should make more of an impact in these much calmer waters.
