Progressive in bumpers and immediate improvement on hurdles debut at Bangor (19.6f, heavy) where he landed a decent novice in decisive fashion. Made it 2-2 in this sphere at Carlisle last month and more improvement should be forthcoming now pitched into a handicap.
Made a winning hurdles debut over 2m at Newbury in February 2023 and bettered that form when third of 4 in a useful conditions race at Ascot (2m, good) on his reappearance in November. Not quite in the same form since.
Career best when winning 11-runner handicap hurdle at Chepstow (19.4f, soft, 11/10) 23 days ago, always holding on. Going the right way and should be on the premises again.
Confirmed promise of his third at this track when running out a comfortable winner at Southwell in January. Steady pace did him no favours at Huntingdon next time and he's likely to get back on track up in trip with a tongue strap applied.
Fairly useful form over hurdles and fences for Fergal O'Brien and showed that some ability remains when fifth to Il Va de Soi in handicap hurdle at Chepstow last time. On a fair mark if he can build on that.
Made a successful debut for Jonjo O'Neill at Carlisle in October. Added to that at Wetherby on Boxing Day and has remained in form since, albeit while shaping as if the handicapper has caught up with him.
Fairly useful form over hurdles and fences in France but pulled up both starts for current yard and has plenty to prove.
Smart chaser for Jessica Harrington in 2021/22 and hit the crossbar in a 2m Uttoxeter handicap hurdle (heavy) in November. Back on track with blinkers applied at Ffos Las 24 days ago but others look better treated.

Forecasts
Mr Bramley (13/8), Il Va De Soi (2/1), Damarta (6/1), Royal Rhythm (8/1), Sizing Pottsie (16/1), Cloud Dancer (16/1), Art Approval (25/1), Jac Jumper (150/1)
MR BRAMLEY is two from two over hurdles and appears to have been let in lightly for handicaps, so he's a confident choice to get the better of Il Va de Soi, who is also going the right way. Damarta should get back on track and looks the pick of the remainder.

- Il Va De Soi2/1
