Fair form over hurdles for Amy Murphy in 2020/21. Has won twice in points subsequently, but well beaten by his sole rival on his final start back in June 2022. Engaged 2.53 Southwell Tuesday.
Off the mark over fences at the second attempt at Fakenham (21.2f) in November 2022. Off 15 months subsequently and proved better for his return when second of 4 at the same course (29.1f, good to soft) in March. Lesser effort last time but he's not discounted.
Lightly-raced hurdler for Oliver Sherwood/Richard Bandey. Better than the result after 2 years off when mid-field at this C&D on his chasing debut in December, still in front when bad mistake 3 out, but again made errors when pulled up last time. Blinkers now applied.
Placed on his first 3 starts this season, albeit beaten a long way on the first 2 occasions, but not in the same form on his last 2 outings. Last win came back in December 2020, though he does now lurk on a dangerous mark.
Bounced back to winning ways at Chepstow (23.6f) in January and followed up in clear-cut fashion at the same course (26.2f, heavy) a month later. Disappointed in his hat-trick bid but he could be worth another chance to leave his latest run behind.
Winner of sole start between the flags and, though yet to strike under Rules, she has returned to form on her last 2 outings, finishing runner-up once more at Huntingdon (23.6f, soft) 23 days ago. Could be ready to get her head in front.
Hurdles winner at this course in June 2022 and, after a 16-month absence shaped as though retaining his ability when third in handicap chase at Market Rasen (21.4f) in November. However, after another 4 months off he was pulled up back hurdling last time. Hood reapplied.
Veteran who remains without a win over fences. However, from his falling mark he fared better than for a while when second at Ffos Las (23.8f, soft) 8 days ago, headed final 100 yds after not quite seeing out the longer trip. Task is now to build on his latest effort.
