French recruit who made a winning return/yard debut at Lingfield in November prior to chasing home an improver on handicap debut at Sandown (2m) in December. Below that level on both completed starts since but given a chance by the handicapper as a result and the one to beat if back to best.

Big improvement when making it 2-4 over hurdles on her 21f Warwick handicap debut last month. Came 24 lengths clear with another improving type on that occasion so a 7 lb rise looks fair. Sure to go well.
Bumper/novice hurdle winner a few years ago. No impact in 2 handicaps (remote third latest) for Anthony Charlton back from an absence this winter but Harry Cobden has been booked now starting out for new yard. Worth a second look in the betting.
Off the mark at the sixth time of asking over hurdles in 2m Wincanton maiden in February. Found the EBF Final at Sandown too competitive 10 days later but he might fare better in these calmer waters.
Much improved for switch to handicaps, second twice prior to running out a dominant winner at Doncaster (19.5f, soft) in January. Something surely not right when stopping quickly here in early February. Given time since.
Placed in 2 bumpers last spring but barely modest form in maiden/novice hurdles this winter. Unexposed but her opening handicap mark demands plenty of improvement.
Unplaced in sole point but displayed some ability in 2 bumpers for Tom Weston before Christmas and likewise when reaching the frame in a pair of 2m novice hurdles for Rosemary Gasson. Steps up in trip now making a quick switch to handicaps.

Forecasts
El Saviour (6/5), Tedley (6/1), Bucksy Des Epeires (13/2), Masked Dance (13/2), Pearl Island (9/1), Illico De Montave (10/1), Legionar (18/1)
The handicapper has taken a bit of a chance dropping BUCKSY DES EPEIRES to 2 lb lower than when a good second at Sandown in December and he'll take a bit of stopping if back to that form. The progressive El Saviour is the obvious danger.
