€32,000 3-y-o, £80,000 4-y-o. Youmzain gelding. Brother to modest 19f hurdle winner Iddergem. Dam unraced half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser (stayed 3½m) Hainan. Runner-up sole start in Irish points (Feb 5). Likely type first time up.

Age: 5| Weight: 11-2| J: N F Houlihan| T: G & J Moore

22/1

Black Sam Bellamy gelding. Dam little show in bumpers/over hurdles. Of obvious interest on debut for yard which has an excellent record in this event.

Forecasts

Electric Mason (1/1), Laurens Bay (10/3), Lightning Maqueen (10/3), Twin Earth (8/1), Runaway Train (8/1), Pearl's Pirate (22/1), John Balliol (33/1), Ballyhealy Diamond (150/1)

Gary Moore has an excellent record in this and his Jack Hobbs gelding LIGHTNING MAQUEEN is taken to build on earlier promise and get off the mark at the chief expense of unraced-stablemate Pearl's Pirate. Electric Mason, Laurens Bay and Twin Earth are others who can have a say in an intriguing bumper.
