Winning pointer/hurdler who got back on track in first-time cheekpieces when second of 8 in handicap chase at Doncaster (19.1f, good to soft). Ground might have been too testing at Southwell since so worth another chance. Headgear left off.

Keen-going sort who has seemingly been suited by a change to front-running tactics last 2 starts, winning at Fakenham (21.2f, soft) before good second at Sandown. Can go well again.

Fairly useful hurdler who found improvement when placed all 3 starts over fences, including when second of 7 in handicap at Wincanton (20.2f, heavy, 5/2) 36 days ago. Not taken lightly.

Made a winning start over fences at Market Rasen in May before doubling his tally in this sphere at Southwell in November. Found nothing at Doncaster next time before back on track when second of 4 at Southwell, albeit beaten 13 lengths.

Would have made a successful chase debut over 3m at Warwick in November if not for an unfortunate slip after the last but not in the same form next 2 starts. Bit to prove now. Hood on 1st time.

Back-to-back handicap chase wins last season and did the same again this term, scoring at Doncaster and Ludlow. Excuses at Musselburgh since (failed to stay 3m) but others look better treated now.
