Placed on a couple of occasions over hurdles and opened chase account at the fourth attempt in good style over C&D (heavy) last month, making all. Just a respectable second under a penalty at Sedgefield the following week, not for the first time looking very awkward off the bridle. Not dismissed.

Take Centre Stage is not straightforward no doubt, but he did score easily over C&D under similar conditions 2 starts back so may emerge as the main threat.
