Not the most consistent and hasn't been seen since a poor effort at Fontwell 9 months ago. Makes first start for Anthony Charlton.

Much improved sent handicapping this season, winning 4 times from 6 starts, latest at Hereford (25.5f) in January. However, held in second when coming down at same course latest and needs more to overcome this career-high mark.

Lightly-raced gelding who made a successful handicap debut at Fontwell (21.8f, heavy, 11/4) 20 days ago, keeping on well. 6 lb rise fair and warrants respect.

Showed some promise in 3 novice hurdles at the start of 2022 but has failed to complete in handicaps since, unseating rider early at Huntingdon last time. Has lots to prove.

Proved a different proposition since he was upped in trip this term, completing a 4-timer with something in hand over C&D (heavy) 12 days ago. 6 lb higher now but looks the one to beat nonetheless.
