Roccos Inspiration^t²⁷

Age: 7| Weight: 11-12| J: S Bowen| T: O Murphy| OR: 112

4/11

Proved expensive to follow over hurdles in Ireland but made a winning start for Olly Murphy in 8-runner novice hurdle at Uttoxeter (15.8f, heavy, 2/7) 27 days ago. The one to beat.

Jubilee Girl³²⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-5| J: B S Hughes| T: M Keighley| BF

10/1

Reliable and fairly useful sort on the Flat for K. R. Burke, though broke a blood vessel when last seen at Southwell 10 months ago. Worth market check on hurdles debut.

Form:

Miss Controversia¹¹¹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-5| J: Jamie Hamilton| T: Ruth Jefferson

33/1

Shaped like a stayer in bumpers and didn't do anything to disprove that when eleventh of 18 in novice at Wetherby (19.7f, soft) on hurdles bow 111 days ago.

Form: 0-50

Time Was²⁸⁰

Age: 7| Weight: 11-5| J: Joe Williamson⁽⁵⁾| T: P A Kirby

40/1

Winning pointer finished down the field in a Downpatrick hunter on only previously outing under Rules. Not an obvious winner on hurdles debut.

Form: 2/512-9

Ragosina^p²⁷

Age: 4| Weight: 10-5| J: C J Todd| T: B Brookhouse| OR: 93

16/5

Made a promising start in this sphere when second of nine in Musselburgh juvenile but failed to back it up in hotter contest at Newbury. Stiff task again in listed event last time and she's a player back in this company.

Form: 278

Forecasts

Roccos Inspiration (4/11), Ragosina (16/5), Jubilee Girl (10/1), Miss Controversia (33/1), Time Was (40/1)

ROCCOS INSPIRATION looks tricky to oppose after making a successful UK debut at Uttoxeter last month. Ragosina is yet to build on the promise of her hurdles bow but still appeals as the danger ahead of Jubilee Girl.
