Placed in an Irish point and left his previous form under Rules behind when landing a Stratford maiden hurdle under Harry Cobden in August. Lesser efforts since, including both outings over fences, but Cobden is back on board for the first time since Stratford.

Off the mark when taking 8-runner handicap hurdle at Newcastle (17f, good to soft) in December. Not in the same form when fifth of 14 at Plumpton since but still respected now switching to fences.

Fair maiden hurdler who proved he retains all his ability on the back of a 20-month absence when placing in 3 handicaps this winter. Contender if taking to fences at the first time of asking.

Won over C&D and at Stratford last June. Lost his way after a creditable third at Stratford the following month but stopped the slide when 15 lengths second in a handicap hurdle here before Christmas. Well treated if he can build on that now returned to fences.

Modest maiden hurdler and little show in 3 handicap chases, finishing a remote third at Plumpton last time.
