Confirmed promise of reappearance run when successful over hurdles at Chepstow (2m, heavy) in October. Creditable fourth in stronger company at Ascot in November and fairly busy spell possibly caught up with him towards end of last year. Back in trip now attentions switch to chasing.

Dual winner over hurdles last term and, fit from spell over timber, ran out an impressive winner on British chase debut at Bangor (17.3f) 54 days ago. Handicapper has reacted but manner of that victory suggests there could yet be more to come in this sphere.
Has improved with each of his 3 starts over fences, off the mark at Taunton (18.2f, good to soft) last time. 5 lb rise doesn't look prohibitive and, granted another error-free round of jumping, he should be firmly in the mix.
Fair hurdles winner but struggled for form on the Flat last year but did offer something to work on when second on yard/chase debut at Worcester (20f) in September. Disappointed at Chepstow (2m) when last seen in November and others more appealing here. Blinkers back on.
Back to winning ways over C&D in November and, having made the frame next 2 starts, scored with a bit to spare at Hereford 23 days ago, produced to lead approaching last and drawing clear. Fancied to be thereabouts again despite much-inflated mark.
Offered more when second on Ffos Las chase debut last spring but has disappointingly failed to build on that, pulling up over further here last time. No easy task on from long way out of weights. Tongue strap on 1st time.

Forecasts
Abingworth (9/4), Famoso (9/4), Chance A Tune (7/2), Force De Frap (4/1), Blueberry Wine (10/1), Iron Heart (20/1), Beannaigh Do (28/1)
ABINGWORTH crucially jumped better than previously when getting the better of re-opposing Famoso when the pair met at Taunton in November and he's fancied to defy a 7 lb rise and confirm those placings here. Impressive Bangor scorer Force de Frap looks a player also, whilst the aforementioned Famoso, who has won himself since, should also be thereabouts in an intriguing contest.
