5/2

Jackpot Cash⁵⁵

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: James Bowen| T: Evan Williams

2/1

Offered something to work on when fifth in a Ffos Las bumper and fourth in a Taunton novice hurdle before Christmas. Potential for better again for a yard which does well here.

Form: 54

Rossbridge³⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Theo Gillard| T: D McCain Jnr

12/1

Irish point winner. Only a modest third of 4 on his Haydock bumper debut after Christmas but he should have a future over jumps.

Form: 5-213

Schematic³⁰

Age: 6| Weight: 11-0| J: J J Burke| T: Jamie Snowden

7/2

Returned lame on Chepstow debut in October and showed he has ability when 11 lengths fourth of 13 in 2m Taunton maiden 10 weeks later. Not out of this but may not see the best of him until he tackles longer trips.

Form: 04

Scout Master³⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-0| J: Nick Scholfield| T: Miss C Dyson

100/1

Maiden Irish pointer, pulled up last time (Dec 30). Outsider on Rules debut. Engaged 1.50 Taunton Tuesday.

Form: 6/225P

The Grey Man⁷⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Benjamin Poste| T: H Dickin

6/1

Runner-up on the second of 2 starts in bumpers, suggesting he should be up to making an impact in a race like this now hurdling.

Form: 52

Barbie Girlz³⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 10-7| J: Shane Quinlan⁽³⁾| T: Katy Price

22/1

Poor form in a couple of Irish bumpers and predictably found a Taunton listed race all too much on her hurdle and stable debut over Christmas. Has her sights lowered now but still hard to fancy.

Form: 046

Forecasts

Jackpot Cash (2/1), Chevington (5/2), South Omo Zone (11/4), Schematic (7/2), The Grey Man (6/1), Rossbridge (12/1), Barbie Girlz (22/1), Boundary Jack (25/1), Galway Reel (33/1), Scout Master (100/1), Happy Sanchez (125/1)

Hereford bumper winner SOUTH OMO ZONE might be up to making a successful start to his hurdle career under title-chasing Harry Cobden. Chevington may give him most to do ahead of Jackpot Cash and Schematic.
