Galice Macalo^t³⁵

15/8

Fairly useful hurdler/chaser who ran with credit in novices over fences on her first 2 outings this term but disappointing when a remote fourth back hurdling at Ludlow last month. Bounce back needed.

Artemis Kimbo^t²⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 11-7| J: Fergus Gillard| T: D Skelton| OR: 111| CD

2/1

Fair winning novice hurdler last season who showed her first form over fences when making the most of a good opportunity in a 3-runner race over C&D (heavy) 4 weeks ago. Raised 3 lb for that.

Form: 132-U31

Inspiratrice^h²⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 11-2| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: Nicky Martin| OR: 110| D

6/4

200/1-winner of 2m Taunton juvenile hurdle last winter. Drawn a blank since but has got better with each start over fences this season, chasing home a useful sort in a 17.5f novice at Exeter last time. Opening chase mark looks very workable.

Form: U30-462

Non-Runners

Terresita²⁶⁵

Weight: 11-8| Age: 7

T: L Wadham J: David Noonan

Forecasts

Inspiratrice (6/4), Galice Macalo (15/8), Artemis Kimbo (2/1), Terresita (5/1)

If the form of INSPIRATRICE's latest Exeter second to a useful rival is taken at face value she looks on a good mark now moving into a handicap. Last month's C&D scorer Artemis Kimbo is the obvious danger.
