Watch Races On The Racing App Novices' Hurdle (GBB Race)

Fairly useful maiden hurdler who didn't need to improve to land a novice at Chepstow with loads in hand last time. This is a weak contest, so fully expected to go in again.

£75,000 buy from the Irish pointing field and showed fair form when making the frame in bumpers. Better effort over hurdles when third in novice at Huntingdon last time but will need The Newest One to underperform if he's to open his account.

Made the frame on all 3 starts in Irish points but the latest of them was in December 2021 so he's presumably had a few issues. Betting the best guide to expectations now hurdling.

Didn't achieve much when well-held fourth in a Perth bumper in August and down the field on October's hurdle debut for new trainer Laue Morgan. His subsequent breathing operation needs to have made a big difference.

Placed both starts in Irish points but comfortably held in 2 bumpers for Thomas Gallagher in the spring and suffered a similar fate on Fontwell hurdle debut for Laura Horsfall.
