Useful hurdler. Ninth of 11 in handicap at Dundalk (16f, 28/1) 26 days ago. Has shown ability in this sphere but not enough to suggest that he'll be up to winning this.
Hurdles winner at Wexford in August. 9/4, bit below form third of 9 in novice hurdle at Kelso (16.2f, good to soft) 80 days ago. Held when a final-fence faller on sole previous chase start.
Promising sort. Second of 10 in novice chase at Fairyhouse (16.5f, heavy, 12/1) on debut over fences 33 days ago, getting first run. Remains open to improvement in this sphere and helps give top yard a strong hand here (also represented by Ho My Lord).
Promising individual. 1 win from 3 runs this season. Second of 5 in novice chase (10/3) at Punchestown (16.2f, heavy) on debut over fences 15 days ago. Entitled to improve with that experience under his belt should go one better before long.
Promising individual. 14/1, second of 10 in novice chase won by smart stablemate Il Etait Temps at Thurles (18.4f, good to soft) on debut over fences 27 days ago, not knocked about. Should make his presence felt.
Lightly-raced 6-y-o who was 2-2 in bumpers and successful all 3 starts over hurdles last season, culminating in a ready success in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival (16.4f, soft, 9/2) in March. Tongue strap on for 1st time. Hugely exciting recruit to the novice chase ranks.
Useful hurdler. 9/4, fourth of 10 in novice chase at Thurles (18.4f, good to soft) on debut over fences 27 days ago. Open to improvement. Each-way shout.
Fairly useful hurdler.10/1, sixth of 10 in novice chase at Fairyhouse (16.5f, heavy) on debut over fences 33 days ago. Should have more to offer but several of these are more appealing.

Forecasts
Marine Nationale (1/2), Ho My Lord (11/2), Firm Footings (8/1), Monbeg Park (8/1), Feu Du Bresil (9/1), Walk With Paul (22/1), Dreal Deal (50/1), Dutch Schultz (66/1), Reversal (100/1)
All eyes will be on MARINE NATIONALE, who maintained his unbeaten record with a fine performance in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival in March and he is already ante-post favourite with several firms for the Arkle at this season's Festival. Granted a clean round of jumping, he will prove very hard to beat. Ho My Lord shaped with plenty of promise behind a smart stablemate on his chase debut at Thurles and is preferred to Firm Footings for forecast purposes.
