Well held in a hurdle at Fontainebleau on his debut in October 2021. Not seen since but he has joined the top yard in the country so a betting check is definitely needed.

Showed a fair level of ability in a light career for Michael Scudamore. Absent since a fall on his chase debut in January but new trainer Donald McCain won a maiden hurdle for the same owner earlier in the week and this race lacks depth. Contender.

Third on only start in points but more one for handicaps judged on his efforts in 2 novice hurdles this winter.

Placed in a bumper in France. Well held in a bumper/maiden hurdle for this yard last season but offered more when 14 lengths second in Ffos Las novice on reappearance 33 days ago. May do better again for yard which continues in form.

£100,000 recruit from the Irish pointing field. Much better effort in maiden hurdles over this trip at Uttoxeter for new connections when narrowly denied last month. Likely capable of better again and this looks a good opening for him.

This looks like a decent opportunity for ITSNOTEASY to gain compensation for his Uttoxeter near miss. Gris Gris Top is feared most now setting out for new trainer Donald McCain. Chindit Warrior has been off for over 2 years since finishing well held on his debut in France but returns for the Paul Nicholls stable so needs monitoring in the betting.
