Solid form in bumpers scored over hurdles at Lingfield in December 2021. Understandably needed the run at Wetherby (first appearance for 2 years), then showed plenty of ability remains when runner-up on chase debut at Warwick (2½m, heavy). Open to progress in this sphere.

Winner of 2 of her 3 starts over hurdles last term and hit the ground running over fences when landing a 9-runner handicap at Warwick on reappearance. Looks the main threat to Arclight.

Irish point winner who won twice over hurdles last season and has made an encouraging start in this sphere. Might be outclassed up in grade, however.

Lightly-raced sort who made light off an 11-month absence for another new yard when landing 2m4f handicap chase at Wincanton in October. Well below par both starts since, however.

Won twice over hurdles in the spring but made an unpromising start to her chasing career when pulled up at Wincanton on return, possibly amiss (reportedly lost shoe). Others preferred.

Fairly useful on the Flat and ran to a similar level when winning her first 2 starts over hurdles. Much better over fences, however, again jumping fluently when making it 2 from 2 in this sphere in a listed contest at Exeter last time. Obvious claims.

Forecasts

Arclight (6/4), Moviddy (10/3), Marsh Wren (9/2), Game On For Glory (11/2), Plenty Of Time (12/1), Somespring Special (12/1)

Verdict

ARCLIGHT has taken to chasing much better than might have been expected, following up from Kempton with another dominant display at Exeter, and she's fancied to complete the hat-trick. March Wren enhanced her excellent strike rate when making a winning chase bow at Warwick and is the obvious threat, with Game On For Glory best of the others.
