Time Test half-sister to 2 winners on Flat, including useful 7f-1½m winner Wyclif. Dam unraced. Yard 0-10 in her bumpers in the last 5 seasons but she makes enough appeal on breeding to warrant a look in the betting.

£28,000 buy after finishing runner-up on her sole start in Irish points (Apr 2). Tongue tied for Rules debut. Stable gets the odd bumper winner. The betting should guide.

Absent for 18 months after her Ludlow debut fourth but she again showed promise when filling the same position on her return at Huntingdon at the end of October. Now under the care of Anthony Charlton. Considered.

Only greenness cost her victory on her Fontwell debut in September, collared near the finish after quickening around 10 lengths clear early in the straight. This is probably a stronger race but still respected.

22/1, well-held sixth of 8 in bumper at Fakenham (2m, soft) on debut 35 days ago. Will need to leave that run well behind to figure.

Out of a half-sister to high-class hurdler Katchit. Shaped well when chasing home a rival with experience on debut at Bangor in May 2022. Not seen since but still rates a major player on her return.

€40,000 Milan filly. Dam unraced half-sister to smart hurdler/top-class chaser (stayed 29f) Bellshill. Stable has a 17% strike-rate in these events in the last 5 seasons.

Flemensfirth filly. Sister to modest hurdler Birdman Bob. Dam, bumper/fair 2m hurdle winner, closely related to smart hurdler/top-class chaser (stays 3¼m) Monalee. Betting should help guide to expectations.

Purchased for £100,000 after easily winning his sole Irish point in May. Interesting recruit for new connections.

Forecasts

Realta Liath (9/4), Lady D'arbanville (7/2), The Secret Pearl (9/2), Lusso Milan (15/2), Muriel May (10/1), Ellie's Warrior (12/1), Dance In The Park (12/1), Chase Park (16/1), A Twist Of Time (22/1), Belle Montrose (25/1), Karman Line (200/1)

Verdict

The suggestion is REALTA LIATH, who was bought for £100,000 after winning a point in May. The third in that race showed promise when filling the same position in a Wetherby bumper recently, suggesting the form has some substance. Lady d'Arbanville hasn't been seen finishing second on her debut in May 2022 but still rates a likely threat for the Henderson team. Dance In The Park and Chase Park are others to consider, while all of the newcomers make enough paper appeal to warrant a betting check.
