4/1

Fair winner at 19f over hurdles but he came in last of 7 in handicap chase at Huntingdon (19.9f, good to firm) on debut over fences 38 days ago. Lots more is required.

Form: 63175-7

Hardy Boy⁶⁶

Age: 6| Weight: 11-12| J: Kielan Woods| T: B Pauling| OR: 108

3/1

In good form over fences this term and not disgraced back over hurdles when fourth at Worcester (23f, soft, 11/2) 66 days ago. Can give another good account back in this sphere.

Form: 1P2324

Passing Reflection^h²²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-11| J: Tom Cannon| T: A King| OR: 107

11/4

Fair hurdler who shaped well on his chasing debut when fourth at Ludlow 22 days ago, not knocked about. Open to progress. Player.

Form: 9244-24

Cartonne^t²⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-10| J: Theo Gillard| T: D McCain Jnr| OR: 106

15/2

Appeared to go the wrong way over hurdles but good start to life in this sphere when bagging back-to-back handicap chases at Musselburgh. Pulled up on return at Carlisle but he's the sort to bounce back.

Form: 71123-P

Abaya Du Mathan^p,t¹¹

Age: 11| Weight: 10-9| J: Benjamin Poste| T: G Hanmer| OR: 91| D

7/2

Dual winner of 19.4f handicap chases for David Pipe at Ffos Las this year. Good second for new yard in 2m Hereford handicap last time so he's very much one to consider off an unchanged mark.

Forecasts

Big Blue Moon (5/2), Passing Reflection (11/4), Hardy Boy (3/1), Abaya Du Mathan (7/2), Tommy Cullen (4/1), Cartonne (15/2), Jobesgreen Lad (14/1)

Most of these can be given a chance but the vote goes to PASSING REFLECTION who seems sure to build on her considerate introduction to fences at Ludlow and remains with few miles on the clock. Abaya du Mathan is feared most off a handy-looking mark.
