Displayed progressive form over hurdles and built on chase bow/return when scoring at Sandown in December 2021. Not seen since, however.
Useful chaser at his best who capitalised on a much-reduced mark to land 3¼m Kelso handicap in December. Not in same form since, however, so bit to prove on return.
Useful dual bumper winner who appeared to improve for the step up to 24.4f/switch to handicap company when landing a 4-runner contest at Doncaster (24.4f) in March. Back on track when third at Huntingdon (25f, good to soft, 9/2) final start. Off 6 months. Makes chase debut.
Irish point winner who showed ability in a trio of maiden hurdles before readily accounting for 9 rivals on handicap debut upped to 24.3f at Haydock (good to firm). Might have found next run coming too soon and type to make better chaser (worth market check on return). Tongue strap on for 1st time.
Fairly useful chaser who shaped well on first 3 outings for current stable but failed to complete last 2 starts, so bit to prove on return.
Found improvement when off the mark in this sphere in first-time blinkers at Hereford (21f) in January and landed chase win number 2 at Uttoxeter (2½m, soft) in March. Respectable third over C&D final start though this trip possibly just stretched him. Off 7 months.
Runner-up in sole bumper. Showed initial promise over hurdles but pulled up in 2 handicaps in the spring. However, had always looked likely to make a better chaser than hurdler and wasted no time proving so when runner-up at Chepstow on return 3 weeks ago. Entitled to progress and can go one better.
Thorough stayer who got off the mark at Kelso a year ago. Proved inconsistent subsequently, though shaped as if needing return.
Winning Irish pointer who showed promise on 2 of his 3 starts over hurdles last season. Let down by jumping switched to fences at Haydock but much better when third at Hexham on return, albeit looking awkward off the bridle.

SNOWY EVENING made a promising start to his chase career when second at Chepstow on his return 3 weeks ago and can go one place better with progress likely. Some Scope and Ernest Gray are a couple of interesting chasing debutants so are feared most.
