Cable Bay colt. 22/1, shaped better than debut when fifth of 8 in minor event at Bath (5f, heavy) 17 days ago. Step back up in trip should prove beneficial.

Havana Grey gelding. Failed to progress from debut when eighth of 11 in minor event at Ascot (6f, good to firm, 20/1) 57 days ago. SInce been gelded and others are preferred.

Foaled February 14. Iffraaj colt. £40,000Y. Brother to useful winner up to 1m Isola Rossa (2-y-o 7f winner) and half-brother to 3 winners, including useful 5f (including at 2 yrs) winner Glory Fighter and 1m winner Merchant of Venice. Makes some appeal on papaer and he's not ruled out.

Tasleet gelding. 50/1, twelfth of 13 in minor event at Nottingham (6.1f, heavy) on debut 24 days ago. Looks one for the longer term.

Foaled February 10. €21,000 foal, 40,000 gns yearling, Saxon Warrior colt. Dam, 1m winner, half-sister to useful winner up to 1m Howya Now Kid. Worthh market check despite wide draw.

Due Diligence colt. 80/1, much improved from debut when fourth of 11 in minor event at Lingfield (8f, AW) 9 days ago. Down in trip. Hard to beat if in same form.

Massaat gelding. Tenth of 12 in minor event at this C&D (25/1) on debut 7 days ago. Type to do better next season.

Zelzal colt. 40/1, took a backwards step from a considerate introduction when tenth of 11 in minor event at Kempton (6f) 17 days ago. Others preferred.

Foaled March 4. £16,500 yearling, Twilight Son gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners, including 2-y-o 5f winner Vee Man Ten and 6f/7f winner Heer's Sadie. Yard not associated with winning newcomers.

Magna Grecia filly. 16/1, still needed experience when sixth of 9 in maiden at Southwell (7.1f) 25 days ago. Claims if able to build on that.

Harry Angel filly. 22/1, matched debut form when third of 4 in minor event at Windsor (5.1f, heavy) 12 days ago. Not fully discounted but may be of more interest in nurseries.
