Well backed and the confidence was justified when winning 6-runner bumper at Hereford (16.2f, good) on NH debut, running on. Off 7 months and more needed under a penalty.
Yorgunnabelucky gelding. Dam unraced half-sister to fair hurdler/fairly useful chaser (stayed 3m) Chickapeakray and fairly useful hurdler (stayed 3m) Classic Chic.
Buck's Boum gelding. Half-brother to French hurdle/chase winner up to 2½m Bahiosun and French hurdler Little Bahia. Dam (c122/h109) French 17f-19f hurdle/chase winner. Newcomer for top yard so demands respect.
£2,000 New Approach gelding. Closely related to a winner and half-brother to 7 winners on Flat, including smart 5f-7f winner Final Song. Tongue tied and heavily backed on debut 18 days ago, only to show very little. Drying ground may help his cause.
Jack Hobbs gelding. Dam (h100), bumper winner, half-sister to bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler (2m winner) Wildebeest. Trainer’s newcomers command respect.
Settled much better with a hood fitted when second of 7 in bumper (8/1) at this C&D (good to soft) 27 days ago. That form puts him right in the mix.
Tongue strap fitted on first run since leaving Tom Lacey when third of 8 in bumper at Stratford (16.3f, good, 50/1) 25 days ago.
Tongue strap on and sent off a huge price having had a wind op but debut fifth of 13 in bumper at Newton Abbot wasn't devoid of promise.

Forecasts
The Eventmaster (2/1), Bahio Boum (7/2), Stungbythemaster (4/1), Prairie Diamond (9/2), Harbour Bridge (6/1), Basman Palace (12/1), Shirley Knott (14/1), Hutcheson (28/1), Yogi's Trail (33/1)
Those with experience set a fair standard but BAHIO BOUM and Stungbythemaster are newcomers for very powerful yards and either may well be up to the task, Marginal preference is for the Dan Skelton-trained runner. The Eventmaster should be on the premises.
