The 6-y-o was runner-up in a Downpatrick novice in June and, either side of that, he has been in good form on the Flat, winning twice in May and his latest effort at Killarney 20 days ago was solid, too. If fully tuned-up following a 102-day absence, Brookie will be a threat. while Clever Currency and Presenting Lad also enter calculations.
