Age: 7| Weight: 11-10| J: Craig Nichol| T: S Corbett| OR: 109

4/1

Dual Uttoxeter winner but he arrives below par, tried in cheekpieces when fourth of 8 in handicap at Worcester (16f, good to soft) 39 days ago on his final run for Neil Mulholland. Needs to get back on track for his new handler.

Form: 37179-4

Deluxe Range^p⁴⁰

Age: 8| Weight: 11-9| J: Lewis Dobb⁽⁷⁾| T: A M Thomson| OR: 108

11/4

Losing run dates back to 2020 and he comes here on the back of a below-form seventh in handicap hurdle at Newcastle (23.7f, good) 40 days ago. Needs a couple of these to falter.

Form: PF533-7

Fenna's Loss^t¹¹⁸

Age: 6| Weight: 11-5| J: Jamie Hamilton| T: M Walford| OR: 104| C| D

5/4

Winless since his debut over hurdles and he failed to build on previous promise when eighth of 15 in handicap hurdle at Ayr (20.4f, good to soft) 118 days ago. Handily weighted if his break sparks improvement.

Form: 282P48-

Faron^t¹⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-1| J: Henry Brooke| T: W Coltherd| OR: 100

9/1

Dual hurdles winner for Joseph O'Brien last year and ended his time with that stable when second in a Ballinrobe handicap in August. Little to get excited about for his current yard, though.

Forecasts

Lord Caprio (8/13), Fenna's Loss (5/4), Watergrange Jack (13/8), Deluxe Range (11/4), Cousu Main (4/1), Faron (9/1), Wor Verge (10/1)

Most of these arrive with a question mark against them so the reliable LORD CAPRIO is fancied to bag a second C&D success on the back of his good recent second on the Flat at Ripon. Fenna's Loss is weighted to have a big say if freshened up after a break.
