Forecasts

Winter Fog (6/4), Uncle Phil (5/2), I A Connect (5/2), Galore Desassences (5/1), Grozni (6/1), Tony's Pet (16/1), Punters Poet (50/1), Golden Nugget (100/1), Daicheadacuig (200/1)

GROZNI's chase debut third at Limerick was an eye-catching effort (so much so that the stewards saw fit to inquire into the running and riding), staying on strongly under considerate handling and doing well to finish as close as he did. There should be better to come from him in this sphere and this drop back in trip shouldn't be an issue judged on his hurdles exploits. There were positives to glean from Uncle Phill's first spin over fences, too, and he is next on the list ahead of I A Connet.
