Not the most consistent but back to winning ways in determined style at Ffos Las in March, rallying well despite being carried left. Matched that form when second at Wincanton 5 days later and has carried on the good work on the level, since, placed twice. Up 3 lb but can be a factor again.
Won a brace of staying handicaps on the level last summer and has taken well to hurdling, successful at Worcester on second start before a sound second under a penalty at that venue. Shade disappointing on handicap debut in September and off since (has had a wind op).
Winning hurdler/chaser for Henry de Bromhead in Ireland but, having changed hands for £18,000 in October, he hasn't shown much spark for present connections.
Fair form shown over both hurdles and fences, latest when 3½ lengths second of 4 in 3-y-o event at Dax on chasing debut in September. Well held on stable debut 3 weeks ago and back down in trip.
Fair in bumpers and going the right way over hurdles, coming good in 2m Stratford novice in September. Lame at Huntingdon a month later and off since. Handicap debut.
Just denied in bumper at Thurles for John Kiely last spring. Disappointing in that sphere for this yard but shaped quite well both hurdles starts this spring. Potential improver now handicapping.
More like it when mid-field over C&D on his final qualifying run in January. Off since but handicaps more suitable.
Successful twice during the autumn, latterly over C&D in October. Hasn't scaled same heights upon returning to action this spring.

Forecasts
John Betjeman (9/4), Nibras Gold (7/2), Gavin (7/2), Cumhacht (9/2), Coal Fire (9/2), Good Impression (7/1), Karannelle (7/1), Turpin Gold (12/1), Tiger Voice (22/1), Loukarak (80/1)
CUMHACHT boasts plenty of scope from this opening mark given his bumper form so rates a really interesting contender with Harry Cobden a positive jockey booking. Gavin starts out for a new yard in excellent order so is a solid rival, with John Betjeman completing the shortlist.
