8/1

Ended last term on a low note, but has yet to finish out of the top 3 in a trio of starts in handicaps this season. Creditable effort when runner-up at Warwick when last seen in January and he can give his running again.

Dom Perry^t1⁹

Age: 7| Weight: 11-12| J: D A Jacob| T: H Morrison| OR: 107| BF| CD

5/1

Bumper winner who made a successful start for this yard in maiden hurdle at this C&D in February. Good third at Newbury on handicap debut next time, but bad mistake at the last when fifth at Ludlow 9 days ago. Could bounce back with tongue tie applied.

Form: 2/65-135

Perryville²⁶

Age: 6| Weight: 11-8| J: Alex Edwards| T: Mrs M Rowley| OR: 103

25/1

Fair form at best in maiden/novice hurdles, but probably needed the run after 9 months off when down the field at Doncaster (19.4f) on handicap debut last time. Needs to get back on track having his first start at 2m.

Form: 235-447

Casi Crudo⁷⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 11-8| J: Kielan Woods| T: A M Hales| OR: 111| BF

7/1

Fair maiden on Flat for Charlie & Mark Johnston and off the mark over hurdles in juvenile at Market Rasen in December. Ran well when making the frame next 2 starts, but only mid-field at Wetherby last time. Needs to find more on handicap bow.

Form: 31245

Shelikesthelights^t²⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 11-6| J: P J Brennan| T: F O'Brien| OR: 101

9/4

Successful on sole outing in bumpers when trained by Joe Tizzard and has improved over hurdles on her 2 starts for her current yard, value for extra when making all in maiden at Doncaster last time. Leading contender on handicap debut.

Form: 12521

Pride Of Hawridge^p²⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: C Gethings| T: S Edmunds| OR: 95

10/1

Fair winner at 1m2f on the Flat. With cheekpieces on for first time in this code, shaped better than result when fifth of 8 in handicap hurdle at Fakenham (2m4f), failing to stay the longer trip. Merits consideration back down in distance.

Form: 96435

Superstylin¹⁴

Age: 6| Weight: 10-6| J: M G Nolan| T: Miss S Smith| OR: 87

11/2

Irish point winner who has shown more over hurdles since sent handicapping, opening his account under Rules when making all at Market Rasen a fortnight ago, winning unchallenged. Respected.

Form: 0P7231

Hashehadhisoatsyet⁷⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 10-3| J: Henry Brooke| T: O Greenall & J Guerriero| OR: 84

13/2

Has made little impact in a trio of starts in maiden/novice hurdles so far, merely passing beaten rivals when ninth of 15 at Catterick (19.3f) in January. Much more required as he now goes handicapping.

Form: 599

Forecasts

Shelikesthelights (9/4), Dom Perry (5/1), Superstylin (11/2), Hashehadhisoatsyet (13/2), Casi Crudo (7/1), Groom De Cotte (8/1), Pride Of Hawridge (10/1), Dusky Days (14/1), Perryville (25/1)

SHELIKESTHELIGHTS was value for extra when getting off the mark over hurdles at Doncaster last time, heavily eased up close home, and she can follow up on her handicap debut. Superstylin also arrives on the back of a win and is feared most, ahead of Pride of Hawridge who can fare better back down in trip.
