Matched his hurdles form at the first attempt over fences when runner-up at Uttoxeter (22.5f) in October. Ran to a similar level when third at Sandown (20.1f) the following month, but not in the same form last time. Remains early days, though.

Has quickly made up into a better chaser than hurdler this season, opening his account at the fourth attempt over fences in handicap at Fontwell (21.6f) in January. Can follow up returned to this longer trip.

Irish raider who got off the mark in handicap chase at Bangor (3m) in October. Ran creditably from out of the handicap when fifth of 12 in veterans' event at Navan (3m) last time and he can give his running again.

Finally gained his first success over fences at Ffos Las (2m5f) in November and, in first-time cheekpieces, easily resumed winning ways back at the same course (23.8f) last time. Could still have more to offer at this trip.

Art Decco (2/1), Haldon Hill (7/2), Mumbo Jumbo (7/2), Garincha (4/1), Diegos Way (7/1), Brazos (150/1)

Verdict

ART DECCO got off the mark when forging clear for success at Fontwell last time and he is taken to follow up with more to come returned to this longer trip. The 7-y-o can get the better of Garincha and Haldon Hill, who also both arrive on the back of victories on their latest outings.

  2. Garincha4/1
  3. Haldon Hill7/2
