You Say Nothing^h¹³⁵

Age: 8| Weight: 11-12| J: Nick Scholfield| T: Christian Williams| OR: 103| D

9/2

Having dropped in the weights, justified support when making all at Sedgefield (17f, good to soft) in March. Not able to build on that in a couple of starts since, though.

Form: 08412-5

Marajman^t¹⁵

Age: 9| Weight: 11-6| J: C J Todd| T: C & A Pogson| OR: 97

11/4

Made the frame in last 4 outings, latest when respectable third of 16 in handicap hurdle at Southwell (20.4f, good to soft, 9/2) 15 days ago. 2 lb lower, returned to chasing, and ought to go well again.

Form: 8P2223

Large Action²⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 11-2| J: Bryony Le Clerc| T: R Fell & S Murray| OR: 93

7/1

Left hurdles form well behind with a stylish chase debut success at Musselburgh (20.3f, soft) in January but hasn't really built on that and his jumping rather fell apart latest. Returns to shorter trip now.

Form: PP163P

Hard Frost^p,t³¹

Age: 6| Weight: 10-5| J: Paul O'Brien| T: Harry Derham| OR: 82

9/2

Showed fair form on the first of 2 starts in bumpers for Paul Nicholls and improved on previous hurdling efforts for current yard when second at Fontwell last month. Not in same form latest, though, and tries chasing now.

Form: 48-9026

Fitzroy^b¹⁹

Age: 9| Weight: 10-2| J: W T Kennedy| T: S-J Davies| OR: 73| C

14/1

Fairly useful hurdler/chaser at his best but he seemingly retains little ability nowadays. Tough to recommend from 6 lb out of the handicap.

Form: PP-4755

Forecasts

Marajman (11/4), First Angel (11/4), You Say Nothing (9/2), Hard Frost (9/2), Upagainstit (9/2), Large Action (7/1), Fitzroy (14/1)

FIRST ANGEL is still low mileage over fences and hails from a yard in fine form. He can open his account. Marajman rates the chief threat on form, whilst Upagainstit could be the pick of the chasing debutants.
