Successful twice last term and deservedly got his head back in front when landing a 4-runner Kelso handicap (23.4f, heavy) from the front in January. Gave another bold sight for a long way when fourth in Edinburgh National (31.5f) 5 weeks ago. Possibilities back at 3m.

Fair winner at 3m over hurdles and returned to pick of his chasing form at fourth attempt when opening his account in this sphere over 21.5f here in February. Needs to tidy up his jumping but step back up in trip a plus and yard continue in excellent form. Respected in new headgear.

Readysteadybeau (8/13), Just Don't Know (5/4), Donna's Double (7/2), Glittering Love (4/1), Cash To Ash (13/2), Niceandeasy (14/1), Fortified Bay (16/1), Strong Economy (25/1), Crixus's Escape (25/1)

Plenty in with a shout including low-mileage READYSTEADYBEAU. He found his proven stamina kicking in late when opening his chase account over shorter here 38 days ago and, with the return to 3m a plus, he earns the vote to defy a 2 lb higher mark equipped with a first-time visor. Glittering Love and Cash To Ash head up the dangers, along with Just Don't Know.
