Course winner. Four wins from 8 runs last year. 9/4, creditable second of 8 in handicap at Lingfield (12f, AW) 27 days ago, running on. 2 lb rise fair enough and another bold show on the cards.
C&D winner. Twenty-seven runs since last win in 2020. 33/1, respectable eighth of 13 in handicap at Wolverhampton (9.5f) 25 days ago. Up in trip and while he has slipped to a dangerous mark, others make more appeal.
Seventh of 10 in handicap at Haydock (14f, good, 12/1) when last seen in September. Gelded since and could have a part to play back down in trip returned to the AW.
Course winner. Seven wins from 25 Flat runs. Two wins from 6 runs last year. Respectable third of 13 in handicap at this C&D (14/1). Off 143 days and looks vulnerable from a win point of view.
C&D winner. Three wins from 11 runs last year. 9/1, fourth of 7 in handicap at Lingfield (12f, AW) 62 days ago. Others are more persuasive for win purposes.
C&D winner. Two wins from 6 runs last year. Latest win here in November. Fifth of 7 in handicap (13/8) at Chelmsford City (14f). Off 120 days (gelded in the interim) and he's one to consider.
C&D winner. Three wins from 9 runs last year. Latest win at Wolverhampton in December. Good third of 9 in handicap (9/2) at Southwell (12.1f) 52 days ago. Likely to give another good account.
C&D winner in February. 11/10, second of 6 in minor event at Newcastle (10.2f) 16 days ago, clear of rest. Good chance that there's better to come from this well-bred colt now that he goes down the handicap route.
Course winner. 6/1 and tongue strap on for 1st time in this code, creditable third of 7 in handicap at Lingfield (15.8f, AW). Likely to come up short back from a 12-month absence.
8/1, creditable fourth of 9 in handicap at this C&D 37 days ago, faring best of those held up. Down another 1 lb and he's worth a second look.
100/1, eighth of 12 in handicap at this course (8f) 23 days ago, merely passing beaten rivals. Significantly up in trip and he's hard to make a case for.

Teumessias Fox (3/1), Dubai Leader (16/5), Red Flyer (11/2), Mr Inspiration (11/2), Dembe (11/2), Haku (8/1), Sword Beach (22/1), Party Island (28/1), Sky Defender (33/1), Alborkan (50/1), Iron Heart (200/1)
DEMBE deserves to get his head in front following a string of solid efforts in defeat, particularly last time at Lingfield where he encountered traffic problems at a crucial stage. Brett Johnson's charge earns the vote ahead of the well-bred and unexposed Mr Inspiration, who has shown plenty in a trio of novice events and is open to improvement now pitched into a handicap for his powerful connections. Haku is both consistent and progressive and needs considering, along with Dubai Leader.
