French import SOLNESS left his low-key Irish debut form well behind when chasing home the smart Saldier on his chase debut at Thurles. It's unlikely that he has anything of Saldier's calibre to worry about here and, with improvement on the cards, he should prove very hard to beat. The Gordon Elliott-trained chasing debutants Hiaou and Hamundarson are taken to fill the places (in that order of preference), with Derrylinda potentially best of the rest.
