Useful but quirky sort on Flat for Roger Varian. Back on track over hurdles when placed in maiden/novice company before Christmas, but looked awkward when third of 7 in maiden at Fakenham (2m) earlier this month. Capable if on a going day.
Fair form in bumpers in Ireland and has placed twice from 3 starts over hurdles for current yard. Upped in trip, improved when runner-up at Huntingdon (20.7f) on handicap debut last month and he can go one better.
Fair bumper performer in Ireland and has run to a similar level in a trio of starts over hurdles for his new connections, fifth of 17 at Huntingdon (20.7f) on handicap debut last time. Could do better with tongue strap/cheekpieces on first time.
Ran to a fair level when making the frame both completed starts over hurdles for Joseph Patrick O'Brien. However, pulled up on his 2 outings for current trainer, off 9 months (had wind op) prior to his latest. Risky proposition on handicap bow.
Ex-French bumper winner who showed some promise over hurdles for Nicky Henderson, needing lesser test when fourth of 6 at Exeter (21.6f) on handicap debut in December. Interesting contender back down in trip on yard debut.
Showed promise on first of 2 outings in bumpers and did so go again when fourth of 14 at Uttoxeter hurdles debut. Failed to progress on his next 2 starts over hurdles but could show more in handicaps, though has a 15-month absence to overcome.
Placed both starts in juvenile hurdles in France before making a winning stable debut at this course (16.8f) in November. Disappointed both outings since, but could bounce back upped in trip on handicap debut with blinkers now added.
Didn't make much of an impact in 4 starts for Nicky Henderson and has fared little better for his current yard, off a further 5 months before failing to complete in handicap hurdle at Market Rasen 16 days ago. Others preferred.

Forecasts
Mullinaree (1/1), Shandancer (7/2), Jipekaa Machin (6/1), Jaramillo (13/2), Brian's Jet (10/1), Horn Cape (18/1), Wolf Run (18/1), Clean Getaway (20/1), Stand Staunch (125/1)
Upped in trip, MULLINAREE got back on the up when second at Huntingdon on his handicap debut last time and he can build on that effort to open his account. There are several in the line-up who could do better now handicapping, though, with Jipekaa Machin feared most, while Horn Cape is an interesting contender on his first start for Ben Haslam.
