Fairly useful during his time with Enda Bolger and scored twice in points for Stuart Crawford last spring. However, put in his place when third on debut for new yard at Lingfield in December and ran even worse at Warwick later that month. Headgear/tongue tie discarded.
Irish point winner who won maiden hurdle at this track (19.7f) on Rules debut in April last year. Both efforts over timber disappointing after but took a step forward after 7 months off when runner-up on chase bow at Ludlow last month, clear of rest. Better to come.
Improved performer in the second half of last season, bagging a trio of handicap chases at up to 22.7f. Shaped as though the run was needed on return at Southwell 3 months ago and may well have a say in proceedings.
Chase winner over 2¼m in France. Well-beaten third when sent off favourite for his British debut at Ffos Las (3m) in November but back with a tongue strap, got back on track returned to a shorter trip when runner-up at Huntingdon (19.9f) on Boxing Day. One to look out for.
Largely out of sorts last term but, having come right down in the weights, turned in best effort of the current season when fifth of 10 at Ludlow in December. Is a previous C&D winner (from 25 lb higher mark) but the task is now to build on his latest effort.
Fair maiden hurdler who has matched that form over fences, runner-up on his first 4 starts in this sphere. Shade below that level when fourth at Ffos Las just under a fortnight ago but fancied to go close back up in trip/with the cheekpieces reapplied.
Went backwards for Olly Murphy after scoring over hurdles in 2020 and no real signs of a revival in 2 starts for present yard. Hopes pinned on a step up in trip.

Forecasts
Striking Out (2/1), Icaque de L'Isle (10/3), Town Parks (7/2), Prime Pretender (5/1), Out The Glen (7/1), Stamp Your Feet (25/1), Blazer's Mill (28/1)
STRIKING OUT is very lightly raced for his age, and having gone within a head of making a winning start in this sphere at Ludlow last month, Henry Oliver's charge looks to hold solid credentials of going one better with this slightly longer trip in his favour. Icaque de L'isle will need to jump better than last time but he can give the selection most to think about, with Prime Pretender rounding off the shortlist.
