Racing TV Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race)

Modest maiden handicapper on Flat (stays 9.5f), down the field last time. Easily passed over making hurdling debut in hood and tongue strap combination.

Fairly useful handicapper on Flat but has shown nothing both starts over hurdles.

Useful but quirky sort on Flat for Roger Varian. Improved efforts over hurdles when placed in maiden/novice company before Christmas. Ran poorly back in a handicap at Wincanton on Boxing Day though, so bounce back called for.

Modest maiden hurdler who followed a below-par effort with an even worse one at Warwick back in October. Hard to fancy.

Useful at best on Flat (stays 1½m), below form on all-weather last 2 starts. Could have a say if taking to this new discipline.

Clear-cut winner of Taunton bumper in March. Fairly useful form when placed in 2 maiden hurdles in November but disappointed when down the field on handicap debut at Market Rasen (19f) on Boxing Day. Raced freely on that occasion and this drop back to 2m and addition of a hood may help.

Created a good impression when landing a mares bumper on her yard debut at Southwell in May. Failed to meet expectations sent hurdling after 7 months off at Huntingdon in December but that was a much warmer race than this and she should improve.
