Off the mark at Chepstow (2m) in October and improved on that when runner-up at Hereford (19.6f) a month later. Disappointed next start but not disgraced having been left poorly placed when third at first-named venue 23 days ago. Not out of things.
Maiden who has improved to finish placed in each of his last 3 starts in handicaps (at around 2½m) of late, third in first-time cheekpieces at Hereford latest. Visor now the headgear of choice but he has looked a shade tricky.
Not the most consistent yet, equipped with a visor, broke his duck at Plumpton (20.5f) 4 weeks ago, joined approaching 2 out and going on again run-in. Claims with a repeat.
Down the field in 3 novice hurdles before Christmas. Related to plenty of winners so no surprise were he to take a step forward in handicaps and the betting should prove a useful guide.
Minor promise at best so far, well held eleventh of 14 in handicap hurdle at this course (15.8f, heavy) 40 days ago. More needed.
Chase winner who has been proving consistent in that sphere, one paced late on having set a good gallop over 2m here 26 days ago. Usual hood goes back on.
Made frame sole start in Irish points but well held in bumper/trio of maiden hurdles under Rules. Best to look elsewhere now attentions switch to handicaps.
On a good mark judged on peak form a couple of seasons back but she hasn't shown much in a couple of runs since returning from a sizeable absence in December.
Left previous form well behind when going close over 19f at Taunton last March. Followed that with a respectable effort at this venue but disappointing upon returning to action. Cheekpieces now on.
Beaten a long way in 3 qualifying runs in November. Given a break ahead of this handicap debut with a tongue tie added. One to keep a close eye on in the betting.
No impact over hurdles for Christian Williams last season and it's hard to envisage this 7-y-o playing a leading role back from 8 months off here for new yard.
Little in the way of promise so far, albeit a shuddering mistake putting paid to his chance on handicap debut at Taunton (very easy to back) in December.

Roger Rarebit (13/8), Bert Wilson (7/2), Walkinthewoods (4/1), Justshortofabubble (8/1), Ipsos Pierji (14/1), Bensini (18/1), Dunbar (22/1), Arctic Footprint (25/1), Octavius Sabini (40/1), Bashful Kate (50/1), Beannaigh Do (50/1), Kalpaga (50/1), Rose Kar (150/1)
BERT WILSON was well served by the application of blinkers when breaking his duck at Plumpton (20.5f) 4 weeks ago and he could be worth siding with to follow up. Roger Rarebit has looked a shade tricky but clearly has the ability to play a lead role and is feared. Handicap-debutante Bashful Kate and Walkinthewoods are others worth a second look.
