SEABANK BISTRO has failed to land the odds both starts over hurdles but he hasn't done a lot wrong so he's well worth another chance. Kansas City Star takes a marked drop in class so he should be a factor, while stablemate Present Soldier has presumably had his share of issues but he fetched £300,000 after his point win, so the market may be revealing.
