Ubetya^p²⁷

Age: 8| Weight: 11-6| J: Emma Smith-Chaston⁽³⁾| T: Jedd O'Keeffe| OR: 129

2/1

Gained first success over fences when making all at Perth in April on final start for Paul Nicholls. Better for return when excellent second in handicaps at Bangor/Haydock last 2 starts and should go well again.

Form: 341-322

Viva Lavilla⁶⁶

Age: 7| Weight: 11-2| J: Harry Skelton| T: D Skelton| OR: 125| BF| D

15/8

Point winner who won a 19.5f Lingfield maiden hurdle on Rules debut and didn't do a great deal wrong in 3 subsequent starts over timber last season. Shade disappointing both starts over fences this season but still early days.

Form: 1242-4F

Prevaricate³¹²

Age: 7| Weight: 11-1| J: Charlie Deutsch| T: Miss V Williams| OR: 124

11/2

Fairly useful winning hurdler for Gordon Elliott. Off 10 months. Type to make a chaser (won sole start in Irish points). Interesting.

8/1

Ended a lengthy losing sequence despite being 6 lb out of the weights over C&D on Boxing Day. Much higher in the weights now, however, and he's hardly been consistent in recent years.

Forecasts

Viva Lavilla (15/8), Ubetya (2/1), Iron Bridge (11/4), No Risk Des Flos (5/1), Prevaricate (11/2), Adrimel (7/1), The Paddy Pie (8/1)

IRON BRIDGE was left with nothing to beat when resuming winning ways at Haydock but remains one to keep on the right side of. Ubetya has made a positive start for this yard so is respected, while Prevaricate looks an interesting recruit from Ireland.
