Stepped up on reappearance effort when good third of 9 in handicap hurdle at Fontwell (25.8f, soft) 28 days ago, faring best of those ridden prominently. Remains low mileage and merits consideration.
Mixed record last season and shaped as if needing the run when fifth at Lingfield on return. Failed to come on for that effort when down the field at Haydock recently but has dropped to a tempting mark as a result so interesting to see if he attracts any support.
Winner of 4 of his 13 starts over fences but 0-10 in this sphere and offered little on recent return/debut for new yard in a Fakenham handicap hurdle. First-time tongue strap he sported that day is retained and cheekpieces now added, too.
Has returned an improved model, completing the hat-trick in determined fashion at Uttoxeter (23f, heavy) on New Year's Eve, finding extra when tackled late on. 4 lb rise fair and holds leading claims.
Landed a pair of staying handicaps in the first half of last season and back to form out of the blue when resuming winning ways at Stratford last spring (final start for Philip Hobbs). However, pulled up here on second start for this yard last month and has plenty to prove at present.
Backed up improvement from previous start when creditable second of 14 in handicap hurdle at Hereford (21.7f, soft) 33 days ago. Races off same mark and can make presence felt.
Just fair form at best over hurdles in Ireland and well held both starts for new yard last month. Hopes pinned on the addition of cheekpieces for first time.
Placed on completed start in Irish points but yet to make an impact over hurdles for new connections, including on handicap debut here in November.
Career best when winning 11-runner handicap hurdle at this course (21.9f, heavy, 16/1) 18 days ago, suited by emphasis on stamina. Just 3 lb higher now and is one for the shortlist.
Promising individual. Signs of ability in a trio of starts in novices and interesting to see connections stepping him significantly up in trip (should suit judged on breeding) for his handicap debut. Market check advised.
Well held in 2 bumpers but showed a fair bit more than previously over hurdles at Warwick in November and can probably raise his game again now attentions are switched to handicaps. Market support would look significant.
Just the one win from 16 starts over hurdles but was in the process of running creditably when departing (ran out) approaching the third-last at Exeter (21.6f, heavy) latest. This looks more competitive, though. Cheekpieces back on.
Made the frame all 4 starts switched to handicaps in 2021 and likely the needed the outing on return from long absence at Hereford last month. This run should reveal more.
Maiden Irish pointer who has failed to make any sort of impact in 4 runs over hurdles and she's again a long way out of the weights.

SHOT BOII has developed the habit of winning by small margins, hence just a 4 lb rise for completing his hat-trick at Uttoxeter last month. He can defy the handicapper again. Pageant Material and Mr Harp head the list of dangers.
