C&D winner who produced one of his better efforts this season when fourth here in September. However, let down by jumping when pulled up at Carlisle the following month.
Doubled tally over hurdles at Cartmel (22.1f) in June prior to finishing runner-up next 2 starts. Jumped none too fluently when turning in a rare poor effort at Ayr in November, but no surprise to see him bounce back.
Twice a winner over hurdles in Ireland and good start for new yard when runner-up in handicap chase at Hexham (20.1f) in March. Has gone backwards since then. though. Others more persuasive back hurdling again.
Failed to kick on after a winning start in bumpers last season and ran to modest level when fourth on hurdles bow at Bangor (16.7f) in October. Down the field at the same course both starts since, but could yet do better now handicapping.
After 14 months off, finished down the field on stable debut at Kelso in December but, in first-time cheekpieces, showed the benefit of that run when third at Newcastle (20.3f) on Boxing Day. Could go well.
Dual winning pointer/one-time useful chaser but nothing like same force in hunters nowadays. After 7 months off, failed to complete for the fourth time in a row in handicap hurdle at Musselburgh 12 days ago. Best watched.
Step back in right direction when third in handicap hurdle here (16.8f) in December and not discredited when fourth at Market Rasen (20.6f) next time. Remains a maiden over hurdles but has dropped further in the weights.
Showed little in bumpers/qualifying runs over hurdles last season and fared no better making handicap debut on reappearance, pulled up at Newcastle 18 days ago.
Showed improved form when off the mark in 16-runner conditional jockeys novice handicap hurdle at Hereford (19.7f) 9 days ago, pushed out. Unpenalised for that and can score again.
Back to winning ways when making all in handicap hurdle at Kelso (20.9f) in November and backed up that effort when second at Newcastle on Boxing Day, leading until the last. Can give another good account.
Upped in trip and in first-time cheekpieces, again finished well held in handicap at Musselburgh (23.8f) on New Year's Day. Application of visor and tongue tie needs to spark major improvement.

Maillot Blanc (5/6), Basford (3/1), Socks Off (9/1), Astroman (9/1), Coral Blue (12/1), Benito (12/1), Just Call Me Al (14/1), Moonlight Glory (40/1), No Mor Isolation (40/1), Iolani (50/1), Zwicky (80/1), Wonderoftheworld (150/1)
MAILLOT BLANC opened his account in a conditional jockeys event at Hereford 9 days ago and, running without a penalty for that success, he can follow up with Jack Hogan again in the saddle. Coral Blue has run well on his last 2 starts and can pose the biggest threat to the selection, ahead of Socks Off.
