€30,000 3-y-o. Dam, 2¼m/2½m hurdle winner, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser (stays 25f) Foxy Jacks. Yard does well in this type of race (21% strike rate in bumpers in recent seasons) and he needs close attention in the betting.

Debut effort in a 2m Chepstow bumper wasn't completely devoid of promise but he looks a stayer in the making and is probably more one for the longer-term.

£52,000 3-y-o. Closely related to 3 winners, including unreliable but useful hurdler/fairly useful chaser Fortunate George. Interesting newcomer from a respected yard and the market should be revealing.

Finished well held on each of his 3 starts to date and looks set for another struggle.

€46,000 3-y-o, £340,000 4-y-o. Dam, bumper winner, closely related to fair hurdler/fairly useful chaser (stayed 23f) West Bridge. Successful in a maiden point on sole appearance in that sphere and very much of interest on Rules debut.

Limited appeal on paper and probably best watched unless the market suggests otherwise.

Well down the pack in a Warwick bumper on debut and she's hard to warm to on the back of that.

Jack Hobbs gelding. Half-brother to bumper winner Pennine Cross. Yard occasionally strikes in this type of race but others make greater appeal on paper.

Dandy Man gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners, including bumper winner/fair hurdler Paris Dixie and Zpigall. Watch the betting for clues.

Intrinsic gelding. Dam 1½m-1¾m winner. Yard 3-17 in bumpers in recent seasons and the market will likely serve as a guide with regard to expectations surrounding this 4-y-o on debut.

Hasn't made much of an impact in bumpers at Aintree and most recently over this C&D. Yard also saddles newcomer Beep Beep Burrow.

There were some positives to glean from his introduction seventh in a 12-runner Huntingdon bumper (13.7f). Entitled to come on for that and not without an each-way squeak.

Nathaniel filly. Half-sister to 6 winners on Flat, including smart 6f-1m winner Beshaayir. Dam 6f-1m winner who stayed 10.5f. Yard hit the target with its sole previous runner in this sphere and, with Brian Hughes a positive booking, it'll be interesting to see how she shapes up in the betting.

Pether's Moon filly. Half-sister to fairly useful 17f chase winner in France Safe Flight. Dam ran once in bumper out of useful 2m-2¼m hurdle winner Perle de Puce. Others appeal as more likely winners.

Forecasts

Willmount (5/2), Luckie Seven (11/2), Luna Breeze (11/2), Townhill (11/2), Dan De Man Can (15/2), Muskoka (8/1), Beep Beep Burrow (10/1), Beachcomber (10/1), Highfield Prince (12/1), Magical Escape (14/1), Call Me Jack (20/1), Pertemps Diamond (25/1), Monty Nevett (28/1), Moroccan Moon (40/1), Quite The Getaway (66/1), Stargazer Belle (80/1), Station Hill (150/1)

Verdict

Rae Guest's sole previous runner in a bumper duly obliged and LUNA BREEZE is taken to maintain the yard's 100% strike rate in this sphere. She is pretty appealing on paper and it will look significant if the market speaks in her favour. The Nicky Richards-trained Luckie Seven is next on the list ahead of point-winners Willmount and Townhill, while Muskova is another interesting newcomer and Beachcomber can be expected to leave his debut form well behind in time.
