Bold Endeavour³⁴

Age: 7| Weight: 11-10| J: N de Boinville| T: N J Henderson| OR: 139

5/6

Point/bumper winner who quickly made up into a borderline useful novice hurdler last season. Pulled up on return/chase debut at Carlisle but left that form behind on first start for Nicky Henderson when scoring at Leicester last month. Open to further progress.

Form: 113P-P1

Skytastic^t⁷⁰

Age: 7| Weight: 11-3| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: S Thomas| OR: 132| C

9/2

Useful form when winning a brace of bumpers and took his record over hurdles to 2-2 at Ascot (19.2f) in February. Still held every chance when making a bad mistake 3 out upped in trip/grade at Aintree on final outing. Tongue tied for reappearance/chase debut in November and he was disappointing.

Form: 11/110-4

Zacony Rebel³³

Age: 8| Weight: 11-0| J: Tom Cannon| T: T Lawes| OR: 129

12/1

Dual-hurdles winner last season and landed a small-field novice handicap at Fontwell on his chase debut in October. Creditable third in what was likely a decent contest at Wetherby next time but since shaped as though amiss at Taunton.

Form: P26-136

Famous Bridge²⁶⁵

Age: 7| Weight: 10-13| J: B S Hughes| T: N G Richards| OR: 128| D

9/2

Made second handicap start over hurdles a winning one at Kelso (20.9f) in March. That form worked out and while he's been off since pulling up a month later, he's in good hands and retains potential now chasing.

Form: 212U1P-

Baron De Midleton^b³⁹

Age: 10| Weight: 10-5| J: Sean Quinlan| T: B Ellison| OR: 120| BF| C

9/1

Back to form in blinkers last twice, capitalising on a reduced mark in ready fashion at Newcastle in November then second at Sedgefield (21f) 6 days later. Claims if the headgear continues to work.

Form: 33-7512

Forecasts

Bold Endeavour (5/6), Famous Bridge (9/2), Skytastic (9/2), Baron De Midleton (9/1), Zacony Rebel (12/1)

BOLD ENDEAVOUR looked good when making a winning debut for Nicky Henderson at Leicester and a 9 lb rise may not prevent the follow up. Famous Bridge has been off the track 8 months but it would come as no surprise were he to hit the ground running over fences and he's a definite threat.
