LAKE SAND goes well at this track (both career victories gained over C&D) and, on the back of an encouraging reappearance fourth and now operating 5 lb below his last winning mark, he could well be ready to strike. Arpina needs to shrug off a lesser effort over C&D 7 weeks ago but is largely consistent so can feature, along with Laurentia. Night Traveller isn't dismissed totally either.
