Though winless following a dozen attempts over hurdles, GOLF MARIN is clearly not short of ability and, as a half-brother to useful chaser Kapcorse, it could be that the switch to fences will spark some improvement. He is taken to make a winning debut in this sphere at the chief expense of Whiskeywealth, who ran up to his best when third at Clonmel last time and a reproduction of that effort would give him every chance. Peckham Springs and Soloman Lane are others to consider.
